“WHY DID I GET SIGNED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WHEN THE DROP WENT LIVE? I signed in and had everything ready, then as soon as the drop started to go live I get logged out of my account on the app, and it wouldnt let me sign in throughout the whole drop.”

Same thing happened to me I hate Best Buy now, I signed in 3 minutes before the DROP, stupid system booted me out and i couldn't get back in....Best Buy is the worst buy

Same thing happened to me, I am livid with Best Buy....every time they try to do something better it's just worse....Incompetent people work on the website!!!
