A: Same thing happened to me, I checked with chat on if they could assist since the account couldn't be reached, and they told me not to worry. Then while they wasted my time for 20 minutes, it sold out. They said since "It's a high demand product, not to worry, not to worry, I understand, it's high demand so it will be restocked soon. I understand it's not available but it will be soon so keep an eye out!" Not helpful at all, Best Buy really doesn't care about the real consumer, just that delicious bot money.

A: 1-2 AM EST if you can stay up then Target is a 50/50 but expect (if they do) 6-9 A.M this is not the exact time but a estimate on Sep 1 , so they probably will release during the time period not right at 1 in the morning

Q: WHY DID I GET SIGNED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WHEN THE DROP WENT LIVE? I signed in and had everything ready, then as soon as the drop started to go live I get logged out of my account on the app, and it wouldnt let me sign in throughout the whole drop.

A: Same thing happened to me I hate Best Buy now, I signed in 3 minutes before the DROP, stupid system booted me out and i couldn't get back in....Best Buy is the worst buy

A: As long as F.O.M.O. exists, they will continue to exist as well. Only way to stop them is to not buy from overpriced resellers and they'll get the point one day.

A: I can fix this constant disappointment with Best Buy. I deleted the app. I deleted the text messaging. And I just unsubscribed to Best Buy emails. I will NEVER spend another cent with Best Buy again......
