A:AnswerAs of this posting, sony has not released much technical details. But the ps5 is using a custom, very fast, mvne ssd. Currently there are non on the market that are compatible with the ps5. It is believed that you will be able use an external drive for storage ONLY (not having to redownload your games). You will still have to install the games onto the mvne drive on the ps5. Wait on any storage purchases until sony clarifiers.
A:AnswerThis one is $499 US + tax, with a 4k Blu-ray disc drive, the other one is $399 US + tax without a disk drive. My understanding is you don't need to pay any more for the pre-order so if you just wait until launch you can get the ps5 for the same price anyway.
A:AnswerI think it has to be purchased from Best Buy to get those services, however there's another option that I recommend, it's a service by Asurion it's $25 a month and will cover any accidental damage and lost and stolen, this will literally cover your console, the controller, your Tv, your computer, heck even the mouse and keyboard for your computer and ANY pair of headphones. It's a flat rate every month and no additional fees for any of those other devices either.
