Q: QuestionI was up last night from the time at preorder launch to 1.A.M. attempting to checkout my PS5 with the disk drive. It would not let me. I take it this means Best Buy will notify me that they are available again and I will be able to purchase one in my time

• A:Answer It shouldn't have taken your money, are you sure? cause the payment could have just failed cause they ran out of stock. When you preorder something you are reserving the product with preauthorization of the amount of your preordered item, the money should not have been withdrawn until the item is ready to ship which is around the time the product is suppose to launch. Maybe double check your gift card balance online or through the phone if you have not, before you deem that they stole money from you. If that IS the case I suggest you contact Best Buy's customer support to solve this issue
