I'm currently 19 and I actually got one around this time last month. It took forever and a lot of hard work to achieve that goal. Following numerous Twitter accounts with updates, staying in the Sony direct queue line every day, I even camped out of a Target for a whole entire night and still nothing. Eventually, I did get one during Best Buy's Black Friday. I stayed up until 3 AM and finally purchased one, I got very lucky lets just say. My advice to you is this since mostly all retailers are not selling in person and probably won't until sometime during the spring. recommend you getting a twitter and following people like Wario64 and turning his notifications on your phone. This is honestly the best way to actually get one. Do not purchase one for over retail it is not worth is and most are still going for upwards of $800. Anyways good luck and let your son know I and millions of people are in his shoes and wish him the best.

A:AnswerMany orders that are going through now aren’t set to arrive till after Christmas. You won’t be able to find them on the shelves in stores till the spring. There’s a chance that you can get lucky but it’s not an easy task. Sorry for the not so great news.
