So you don't have to be a totaltech member, but those who have it are first in line.. so pretty much if you're not a totaltech member you wont be able to get one. I am a totaltech member, i bought one during the even a few days ago and they sold out in a couple of minutes. I am pretty sure had I not been a totaltech member, there is no way i would have been able to purchase one.
A:AnswerMeans someone had purchased it and opened the box then returned it to the store . Although the store does check for damages wear and tear etc if it’s still functional they’ll resell the item lower price and state it’s opened box. Keep in mind the person who purchased it originally probably just didn’t want the product anymore but there’s always a reason why someone returns something
