Yes just one charger cord for your VR controllers I recommend buy a second one

Technically yes, but it is a USB cord that you connect each controller to your console. As for the headgear, it does not need to charge coz its connected to your console

The PSVR2 connects via USB-C to the PlayStation 5 for power and to function.

It comes with a usb-c cable to charge one controller at a time. You could use another usb-c cable to charge the other. Charging dock sold separately.

Not sure as it’s a Christmas gift and has yet to be opened but previous versions have some form of charging the unit by plugging it in

You would have to purchase the charger separately. The usb C cable that comes with the unit can charge the individual controllers one at a time.
