It is one headset. As far as I know, no one offers a 2 headset combo. All manufacturers sell single units. For two people to play 2 headsets must be purchased. The psvr2 is the second generation of Sony's VR. It also requires a PlayStation 5 in order to use it. If you already own one your good, if not it will require an additional purchase of a ps5. No, just 1 headset and 2 controllers for each hand. If you wanna play with your friend(s) they'll have to buy their own VR2 as well if they have a PS5.
