• Rumor has it that it will launch May 12th - May 15th at BestBuy. As such, it would come down to how much stock is available. I presume you'd see it similar to PS5 launch (with more available stock as this is a niche product). So, in store and online.

• It requires online to download VR2 system updates, but other than that it can be used offline on games, depending if the game can be played offline.
