Yes and yes you get free games every month for $80 a year. The only thing that isn't free with the subscription is Funimation/Crunchyroll, which has it's own separate subscription price, but also worth getting as well if you like anime.

This is definitely better than Meta IMHO. There are free games that you can get in the PS Store, but they are limited. From time to time the games are free but at the very least they do have a lot of different genres to choose from.

There are a very small number of free Playstation VR2 games available for free if you have a premium Playstation subscription. Any person buying this headset should expect they will need to buy games to make the purchase worthwhile. PSVR2 games go on sale often, and they are much cheaper than traditional games. Your average PSVR2 game costs $10-$35 before a sale price.
