There is a reason why auto dimming exists for OLEDs, it is to prevent burn-in. Sure you can turn it off but then don't complain if after a couple of months you get burn-in of your logos onto the screen.

Up firing speakers on the rear would be nice, and I'm not sure why Sony didn't include it. But the main point of rear speakers is to get better surround sound than just the soundbar alone and from that standpoint it does its job.
