Hi Kevin, thanks for contacting Sony. We apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing; it appears to be a CEC issue. We can attempt the following steps to resolve the problem: Handshake: 1. Disconnect the receiver from the back of the TV, as well as from all devices connected to both the TV and the receiver. 2. Unplug the TV and the receiver from the wall outlet for approximately two minutes. 3. Reconnect the TV and receiver to the wall outlet. 4. Connect the receiver to the TV. 5. If you are using a Sony TV, please check the BRAVIA Sync settings to ensure the receiver is powered on and appears on the sync list. Additionally, confirm the BRAVIA Sync settings on the receiver. 6. Reconnect your devices to the receiver one at a time to check for functionality. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting our support line, where our agents can gather more information and assist you further.
