A:AnswerHi Kismet, thank you for your question. This unit has a speaker impedance of 6 ohms – 16 ohms. Please check your speaker system if it matches the receiver. Please take note that matching speakers and subwoofer with lower impedance (ohms) and watts than what the A/V receiver is rated may cause damage to the receiver and is not recommended. ~Earl

A:AnswerHi Vicki, thank you for your interest in the STRDH190 receiver. Unfortunately, you cannot connect wireless speakers to this unit. You can only connect wired speakers with a nominal impedance of 6 ohms to 16 ohms. This receiver is designed to receive a Bluetooth signal from a smartphone or tablet. It is not capable of transmitting one to a Bluetooth device such as wireless headphones or speakers. Hope this helps! -Sam
A:AnswerHi TYHINC, thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, this unit doesn't support an app for an iPhone or any smartphone to control the receiver. However, once your iPhone is connected to the receiver via Bluetooth then you should be able to control the music playback. Hope this helps! -Sam
A:AnswerHi Mac,
We cannot guarantee its full operation, especially when using radio AM/FM stereo. The AV receiver already has a built-in FM radio.
Regards,
David
A:AnswerHi there,
Thanks for your inquiry. The receiver is not specifically designed for connecting a TV via Bluetooth. Due to the characteristic of Bluetooth® and other wireless transmissions, there may be a delay in playback due to signal interference or a slight delay when viewing videos. For optimum performance, it is recommended to use a wired connection (RCA audio cables) if the TV has RCA audio outputs. For more information, please refer to pages 16-18 of this link:

A:AnswerHi there, thanks for your inquiry. If the impedance rating of your Bose speakers is within the nominal impedance of 6 ohms to 16 ohms. then yes, you can connect your speakers with this receiver. Hope this helps! -Sam
A:AnswerHi Goodquestion, thank you for your question. The stereo mode output power is (8 ohms, 1 kHz, THD 1%) 100 W + 100 W. You may check this link for more details. When you connect speakers to both the SPEAKERS A and B terminals, connect the speakers with a nominal impedance of 12 ohms or higher. (Refer to page 38):

Please take note that matching speakers and subwoofers with lower impedance (ohms) and watts than what the A/V receiver is rated may cause damage to the receiver and is not recommended.

A:AnswerLook for a different receiver. I returned it after 2 days and went back to my 30+ year old Sony receiver. I had it hooked to a vintage set of Fisher (15” woofer) , Technics (12”woofer) and Kenwood (12” woofer) floor speakers ( not at same time) and the sound quality was terrible. I also hooked it up to a set of Polk T15’s and Sony book shelf speakers which sounded better but still lacked in all area’s. Also the first receiver I bought wouldn’t turn on made the 45 minute trip to return it and grab a new one to simply repeat the process not 48 hours later but this time I asked for my money back.
A:AnswerHi PaulN, thanks for the inquiry. Unfortunately, no. It doesn't have a recording feature. You will probably need to connect your cassette recorder to your phono/vinyl player to start recording. Please refer to your cassette recorder manufacturer for further assistance with this function. Hope this helps! -Sam
