I recently bought this BD player + a 50” LG LED UK6090PUA series TV & a Dynex 6 Ultra HD cable. I was able to get video output from the BD player to 1080p but when I switched to 4K, I lost the connection/ couldn't get picture. Any ideas what the issue is? null

It’s possible that you got a defective cable or there may be a setting for HDMI inputs on your TV that you need to check to get full 4K bandwidth.

Both your TV and DVD player should support 4k if you are playing a 4k disc. Also make sure that the correct HDMI port is used as they have 2 of them and one is for audio
