Will this convert 3D to 2D and play it back on a 2DTV? null

The reason I asked this is because I've been looking for a 4K Blu-ray player that supports 3D Blu-ray playback, but also can convert it to 2D and play it back on any TV, especially since my new 4KTV does not support 3D at all. Whenever I'm looking for a certain piece of A/V equipment to buy, I always look up its respective manual first to see whatever additional features/limitations I might encounter. The manual for this lists an option called 3D output setting, which suggests that it will display a 3D Blu-ray in 2D when set to "off" (a capture of that from the manual will be added). I was wondering if this would work with my 2DTV.

Hi Phil90, No, it doesn't. [2D Playback] is only available during 3D photo playback. Thanks! ^Ron
