“I keep having intermittent problems with Dvd's freezing during play and during streaming as well. If it was just during streaming I would say it's my wifi. My wifi shouldn't affect Dvd play???”

You’re right, but try disconnecting from WiFi to see if it helps. Also make sure you’re running the latest firmware. If those don’t help, I’d return it
