“Connected my Sony DVD player by HDMI to a converter (resolution scaler) and the converter to my older TV by component cables. All is perfect expect I have a split image on the screen when using the DVD player. Any suggestions to fix?”

Hi engkrm, We can't guarantee that using an HDMI converter will work and provide optimal performance. We recommend to connect it to a TV supports HDMI connection. ~Ralph
