“Will this Sony Unit connect to my Samsung surround sound system?”

• This one just hooks to the TV but the players sound still comes through the Samsung sound bar we have

• Back of unit has Digital Audio out to connect to surround sound systems. Its not the optical digital audio cable.

• Of course it will. Either send the hdmi directly to your surround sound receiver if it handles hdmi video switching. If it doesnt, then just use a digital audio cable option.

• Yes, the Blu-ray player will connect to surround sound system.
