I have a BDP-S3700 that seems to pixilate/glitch fairly often. My little Roku device does not do this but I like the blu-ray player capabilities of the Sony. Is this a normal problem with this unit? Is it an easy fix worth getting looked at or tossing? null

This is not normal. Ours works great without any glitches. Have you checked your HDMI and made sure connections are tight? If cable and connections are good, you should return it, I would have it looked at if warranty is still in effect
