“I just purchased this Blu-ray for my mom. I set it up for her and I could not get Netflix to open using the Netflix button. I researched this problem on Google and found several steps to rectify this issue. I tried them all to no resolve. Any advice?”

I CLICKED ON THE NETFLIX BUTTON AND THEN LOADED MY EMAIL AND PASSWORD, THEN IT BROUGHT IT UP ON THE SCREEN. IF THAT DOESN'T WORK, SUGGEST YOU TAKE IT INTO BEST BUY AND LET THEM TRY IT FOR YA. THE MACHINE IS A GREAT MACHINE!!!
