• The unit does not have component or S-video output or previous output types. The main interface is HDMI.

• Hi OldTV, it is best that you get a TV that supports HDMI connection. I suggest getting a newer Sony TV which gives you the best viewing experience. The newer TV will go hand in hand with the Bluray's 1080p resolution playback. Thanks, -Mark
