Does this device have the HBO Go app pre loaded? null

Chromecast can access HBO Go if you have it on a tablet or phone. This item doesn't have preloaded apps like the Apple tv. I use my iPad apps to cast to the Chromecast.

You can download any app you like straight from the amazon app page for free.
