A:AnswerI did not need a receiver to hook the Sony streaming Blu-ray Disc player up. Plugged straight into the tv. Also, I do not do streaming with my set up. It works fine with my new Samsung
4-K tv.
A:AnswerNo it’s not Alexa commanded you could put it on a Alexa plug-in but you still have to power it in with remote because the player times out when not playing video
A:AnswerI would guess yes. I have a tower pc laying on its side and the dvd and blue Ray drives are vertical. You just have to hold disk in tray as it closes.
