“Do these headphones have an actual noise reduction rating?? ( Such as an "NNR of 28 decibels" ) Do you have any report ( chart ) of their mean attenuation over multiple different frequencies ( say 125 Hz up to 8,000 Hz ) ? (Do they offer protection?)”

They do have active noise cancellation but it's not very good for air travel.
