They are okay for low to moderate workouts. Any high intensity workouts will make them uncomfortable and risk damage as they aren't water resistant. I did 30 minutes on treadmill and they bounce slightly, getting loose so that I could hear the treadmill and my foot steps. Had to readjust them and push back into my ear several times. Weightlifting was fine, couldnt hear the weights.

Spend the money on some AirPod Pro or PowerBeats. Even around the neck will get you more bang for you buck than any of these.
