“Are these compatible with my new Sony NW-a105 utilizing all the XM4's features ? Will the 360 Reality Audio feature also work with my NW-a105 ? I also noticed that the XM4's only use one (AAC) of the many file formats of the NW-a105.”

360 works with maybe 5 services. The whole things seems like a sham. I gave up.

If you don’t mind losing some sound quality to Bluetooth than by all means get these asap. Keep in mind your high resolution players needs, high resolution downloads, a good cable to connect to your headphones and good quality headphones, and in the off chance your headphones are too high ohm to be driven by the player you will want a DAC.
