QuestionCan you use the earbuds independently like either the left or the right one singly? The only headphones that I've ever found to do this for AirPods or the galaxy buds

- Answer Hi ssk8almost15, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can individually use either of the earbuds. You can remove one unit of the headset from the charging case and use the unit by itself. In this case, only the unit that has been removed from the charging case will turn on. Hope this helps! -Sam

QuestionDose it cancel the noise to the person on the other side of the line so I can be heard clearly? To rephrase my question, I know it cancels the noise when it plays the music for me but does it's microphone cancels the noise for the other end?

QuestionCan these be used with an aircraft's in flight entertainment system?

- Answer No. Most airplanes entertainment is not Bluetooth enabled but you can make it work if you buy a separate Bluetooth transmitter/receiver to plug into the aux ports that are in the airplane seats to give it Bluetooth. Then you would connect the transmitter to the earbuds. Works great and they sell some specifically for planes!

QuestionThey can reduce the impact of the noise of fireworks? I know that ANC headphones doesn't are effective to reduce loud and impact noises but the WF-1000XM4 have a great passive noise isolation, so this can help?

- Answer Nope. Using it with my Galaxy Fold and Android has the Sony headphones app where you’ll find all the settings and do updates to the earbuds.

When the volume adjustment function has been assigned to the touch sensor using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can perform the following operations using the headset unit to which the function is assigned: -Increase the volume: Tap the touch sensor during music playback. The volume increases by 1 step. -Decrease the volume: Hold your finger to the touch sensor during music playback. The volume decreases continuously. Release your finger from the touch sensor at the desired volume level. When the volume reaches the maximum or minimum, an alarm sounds. QuestionDoes Sony sell replacement ear tips? Can't find any from Sony online. Don't want to spend $300 on headphones that don't have manufacturer-made replacement tips. Unless there are some that are exactly the same from a third party? If so, what? Thanks.

- Answer You have 14 days to return them from original date of purchase. I opened mine and returned them no problems. I put all the packaging and the earbuds on a ziplock baggie along with the receipt.

QuestionI purchased these headphones a few weeks ago but I can't figure out how to pump up the bass. I prefer a hard base sound and these sound very tinny. Any suggestions? I did play with the equalizer but it just wasn't enough for me.

- Answer If you're android you can download a app called wavelet and pair it some nice presets and also bump the bass up more on sony application. MX4 aren't known for bass. If you want bass I'd recommended Bose quietcomfort.
