A:AnswerHi ssk8almost15, thank you for your inquiry. Yes, you can individually use either of the earbuds. You can remove one unit of the headset from the charging case and use the unit by itself. In this case, only the unit that has been removed from the charging case will turn on. Hope this helps! -Sam
A:AnswerHi Kevin, we appreciate your interest in our newest industry-leading noise canceling earbuds. Great news! This unit has beamforming microphones that are calibrated to only pick up sounds from your mouth. With an improved signal-to-noise ratio they'll catch every word, even when there's a lot of noise around you. It also detects speech vibrations to enhance clarity. Thanks to the bone-conduction sensor only pick up vibrations from your voice. It doesn't register ambient sound, enabling even clearer speech when making calls. Thank you. ~Earl
A:AnswerNo. Most airplanes entertainment is not Bluetooth enabled but you can make it work if you buy a separate Bluetooth transmitter/receiver to plug into the aux ports that are in the airplane seats to give it Bluetooth. Then you would connect the transmitter to the earbuds. Works great and they sell some specifically for planes!
A:AnswerHi ConnieG,
Thanks for your inquiry. When the volume adjustment function has been assigned to the touch sensor using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, you can perform the following operations using the headset unit to which the function is assigned:
-Increase the volume: Tap the touch sensor during music playback. The volume increases by 1 step.
-Decrease the volume: Hold your finger to the touch sensor during music playback. The volume decreases continuously. Release your finger from the touch sensor at the desired volume level.
When the volume reaches the maximum or minimum, an alarm sounds.
