A:AnswerHi HarleyRider, These in-headphones have an ergonomic surface design for a better fit and are designed to stay into your ears comfortably when using the right size of earbuds and wearing them correctly under normal usage. Check here for more details: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/wf1000xm4/v1/en/contents/TP1000237901.html.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee if they will still stay in your ears when riding a motorcycle, especially when you are not wearing a helmet. Strong wind may affect your overall listening experience and may cause these headphones to fly off. You may want to wear a helmet if you are planning to use these when riding a motorcycle. I hope this helps! Vincent
A:AnswerExactly what I'm hoping for. I'm fact, I don't understand why they can't include volume control with the ANC controls. 1 tap to turn on/off ANC, 2 to taps to increase volume, 3 to taps to reduce volume. 3 taps wouldn't bother me at all.
A:AnswerIf you go to settings, find Bluetooth make sure their paired to the phone. My Galaxy 4 watch once paired to the phone, I have no problem with their app.Of all the different earbuds manufacturers I've purchased, I believe their app. Rivals the best.
A:AnswerYes. There's a feature to enable ambient sound, and there's also the option of having it automatically switch to ambient sound once you start talking. You can set an amount of time for the ambient sound feature to turn back into the noise cancellation mode after being triggered by either your voice or another's (depends on settings).
A:AnswerYes you can! But the only problem is that you only have two control options 1) volume up/down or 2) next/pause/previous song. So you have to keep your cellphone with you.
A:AnswerHi Wallace, Thank you for choosing Sony! You can adjust the effect of noise cancelling using the Sony Headphones Connect app. Please check on this Help Guide link on adjusting the noise canceling function: https://support.am.sony.com/release/Help_Connect_4730254137.pdf Also, changing the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears will help improve the effect of noise cancelling. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will also help you to determine which earbud tips are most suitable for you to achieve the optimal noise cancellation effect. A:AnswerThey sound great, but I go to the gym every day and I purchased the XM4s as a potential workout headset. For me, these won't work as I'm having a difficult time finding the right size tip as none feel comfortable or stay in my ear with limited activity. I jump rope and workout intensely so can't see these staying in my ear during my routine.
