“Does anyone know if there are plans for Sony to update the app to allow the buds to have total control of ANC, volume AND full playback controls without having to sacrifice one of these listed functions.”

Exactly what I'm hoping for. I'm fact, I don't understand why they can't include volume control with the ANC controls. 1 tap to turn on/off ANC, 2 to taps to increase volume, 3 to taps to reduce volume. 3 taps wouldn't bother me at all.
