A:AnswerBattery tech has changed. I still make sure I charge up ALL the way and then drain all the way but the latest info is just use them. The controller for the batteries are fancy enough nothing even matters. Use and abuse compared to the old days.

A:AnswerI don't know but I am almost deaf and still I cant turn them up all the way or they are way too loud. When I first got them they were way too soft, but I found that going to the Sony APP and turning on ambient sound control really increased the volume
I use both a FIIO player as well as my Samsung s7+ tablet and the sound is more than loud enough with either. You may want to play around with your settings on whatever your using as a player. Try turning Dolby on/off, try different equalizer settings etc. Anyway they are LOUD!!!

A:AnswerThese fit pretty intensely in the ear. It may help as they can eliminate other outside noises. However, there are other items on the market for those whom may be hard of hearing. At this price point, they are worth giving a try though.
