These have a variety of sizes to choose from. I'm sure you can find a selection to fit. Keep in mind when trying sizes, your ear may not require they same size tip for the ultimate fit.

According to reviews they are 25% smaller. I have large ear canals & I have no problem with them falling. (Full Disclosure)
I'm 81 years old so I don't exercize that vigorously!!!

XM5s are smaller than XM4s and are more comfortable in my opinion. If they push out I would suggest trying a different size earbud tip whether its the memory foam ones that they come with or something different aftermarket. Also the XM5s come with an extra small size if that helps.

Absolutely A LOT smaller then the XM4s.  I'd give these a shot.  I know what you mean by the XM4s, they are not the most comfortable, but they pack a mean punch in the sound quality department.  So I managed with them.

You'll notice an immediately how much smaller these are just by the case size too.
