“I have tried the airpords even the airpod pros and because my ear canals are so small they don’t work for me. They won’t stay in my ears. Does anyone know if these are a smaller fit that the airpod pros?”

We provide an assortment of earbuds in various sizes to ensure there is a great fit for all ear sizes. To obtain the best fit and prevent the headsets from falling out, we recommend downloading the Sony Headphones Connect app and what it does is find the right fit for your ears and it takes you through a few simple measurements to find the ideal size of Noise Isolation Earbud Tips. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They come with three sets of eartips, I've found that what you can do with them since they are memory foam, is squish them, then insert them in your ear and allow the foam to expand in your ear for a better fit. Hope this helps.

Please try again later.I have had both the AirPods, and the AirPod Pro’s and I have the same problem you experience, after about an hour my ear canal hurts to the point I can’t take it anymore, I received these from Sony and when you download the Sony Music Center App, it allows you to compare the three different sizes of the foam earpieces, and it recommends which you should wear, I normally chose the “large” to help block out the noise, but w/ the app it “recommended” that I use the small size, and I have had these Sony’s in for hours w/ out any pain or discomfort whatsoever!
