“How do you put them in pairing mode? Seems they paired automatically with my pc when I was testing them out, but when I went to pair with my phone I could not figure out how to get them into pairing mode.”

Hold down both the right and left buttons at the same time. It might take five or six seconds.

Please try again later.With both buds (cannot only be one) in your ears, hold you finger against the left buds touch sensor, after a moment you should hear a tone indicating pairing mode, at this point you should be able to locate the device labeled “WF-1000XM4” in your listed available Bluetooth connections.
