“I recently purchased a laptop and Sony WF 1000XM4 ear headphones. I was told by the sales person I would be able to use my headphones with my laptop for live school Zoom meetings and I have not been able to do so yet. Please help me!!!!!”

Your laptop would need to have bluetooth functionality to be able to use them for Zoom meetings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Turn on Bluetooth on laptop and while it is searching for devices have the headphones in your ear and press and hold the outer side of each headphone for like 5 or 10 seconds amd it will pair them.
