A:AnswerHi there, Thank you so much for your inquiry. May we know if you are referring to the connected device (TV or other devices) outputting audio to both the Headphones and its built-in speakers at the same time? If so, it will depend on the capability of the device. For the WH-1000XM4 it has a feature called Multipoint connection the headphones can switch easily between two audio sources without needing to go through the normal Bluetooth reconnection process.
Here is a helpful guide on how to use the Multipoint connection on the WH-1000XM4 Headphones.

I hope this helps!

A:AnswerThe hissing on the right side is due to humidity in the ear cup apparently and it is a issue with the noise cancellation during phone call mode or passive mode (when nc is on but nothing is playing) in my experience it goes away if you wait long enough even if you’re sweaty from working out… but you could get it checked I never bothered though. (I mention the buzz/hiss in my review.)
A:AnswerHi Mopango,
Thanks for your inquiry. It depends if the TV has a headphone jack (3.5 mm). Using the supplied headphone cable of the WH1000XM4, these headphones can be connected to devices that have a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

A:AnswerI have recently faced this when I connected it to my Mac Book pro. I maxed out all the volume but it did not sound like that's the loudest it could get. Would be great to get some responses..
A:AnswerHi CleoKitten, Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, the WH-1000XM4 will work with Smart TV's that support Bluetooth A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile).

A:AnswerHi Nester, Thank you for your inquiry! The noise-cancelling function is effective in low-frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. Although noise is reduced such as dog barks, it is not completely cancelled. I hope this helps! -Carl
A:AnswerHi Oscar, Thank you for your inquiry! Yes, you can. You can listen to music even if the headset is turned off. In this case, the noise-cancelling function cannot be used. I hope this helps!

Carl
