Thanks for your inquiry. These headphones are designed for iPhones. Make sure that the headphones are in pairing mode. The headset enters pairing mode automatically when you pair the headset with a device for the first time after you bought it or after you initialized the headset (the headset has no pairing information). When you pair a second or subsequent device (the headset has pairing information for other devices), press and hold the (power) button for about 7 seconds. Check that the indicator (blue) repeatedly flashes twice in a row. You will hear the voice guidance say, “Bluetooth pairing”. Select the headphones on your iPhone's Bluetooth settings.

I found with my TV using a long audio cable that there was a low buzzing sound that was pretty annoying.

Otherwise when these types of situations occur I run into Best buy and ask for assistance. You don't necessarily have to go to the tech desk if you just hang out in the area of interest you know like in front of the earphones someone will come by and ask if you need help and you can tell him the situation and they might give you a few minutes to see if they can target shoot for you

A:AnswerThat's called surround sound, its a standard for most headphones and earbuds. Enabling mono-audio should fix this, just either use the sony connect app or do it in the equalizer settings (Spotify has it in their audio settings)
