You will have to connect them via a 3.5mm headphone wire, which Sony does provide.

The WH-1000XM5 headphones includes a headphone cable that you can use to connect with your audio devices also, the WH1000XM5 will pair with Bluetooth devices that support A2DP (advanced audio distribution profile). wire is provided, though there is no adapter (plugging it in just 1 of the holes should work though). if the airline so generously provides bluetooth connection that would also work too.
