“I've recently placed an order for these, and chose "Same-Day Delivery". The estimated date was to arrive by Monday 17th, 2018. Every time I check the order status it says "Preparing". I would like to know if something is wrong or backed up with Deliv.”

Due to being near the holidays, it's possible that things are just backed up at the warehouse. I hope you got them eventually!
