• I have been faced the same problem and what I did was reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers. In my case I have downloaded from Dell's Support Web site. https://www.dell.com/support/home/ca/en/cabsdt1/ Good luck!

• Yoy probably need a newer version of windows then look for the app on the windows store
