A:AnswerHi charlie,
Thank you for your inquiry! The WH-CH710N headphones have two ways of connecting, first is by using A2DP Bluetooth profile which will let you connect to your compatible A2DP device wirelessly or wired by using the Headphone Cable jack. Bluetooth wireless technology operates within a range of about 10 m (30 feet). The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or the electromagnetic environment. Please refer to your TV manufacturer for Bluetooth feature availability and specification.

Kristina

A:AnswerHi Sam,
Thank you for reaching out to us! Our headphones are designed for music/audio playback and do not have OSHA certification (i.e., “hearing protection must be provided to employees if they’re exposed to an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels or greater”), but its Automatic Artificial Intelligence Noise Canceling function is very effective at analyzing environmental ambient sound components and automatically selecting the most effective noise-canceling mode for your surroundings.
Happy to help,
David
