Yes these headphones can connect to two devices at once however I'm not fully sure if that's even possible if your device or the app itself doesn't support that feature. These do connect to two different devices at once but its up to the device or app your using if they support a dual feature. There are apps that support this feature.

Calls do come through and pause the material playing, at least while using Spotify on an iPhone. Call quality is very good.
