QuestionThe headphones work with our TV and cable channels but do not work for the Disney+ streaming service we recently added. Can you help?

- Answer If you get the streaming service via ROKU, then you need to plug in the audio wires into the back of the ROKU. I have Verizon FIOS for regular TV, via a set top box, so when watching those channels, I have to plug the audio wires to the back of the set top box. I am going to visit Best Buy to see if there are “splitters” that will allow for connecting both devices to the Sony headset base station, to avoid having to unplug and replug the wires.

QuestionThe device only works when using the headphone jack. I tried using the audio output jacks on two differnet tvs and it won't work. Green light keeps flashing indicating an issue. I need to connect to the audio so that others can hear the tv.

- Answer I have my earphones connected to AUDIO OUT jacks and they work fine. TV and earphone volumes work independently. Should work for you if properly connected.

- Answer Both tvs have to be smart.My great room tv is a visio bought in 2019 and my she shed is a 2018 visio and the rf headphones work perfectly. My bedroom TV is a 2019 LG TV and it does not work with rf headphones.
