“My mother in law use's her daily to watch tv. She charges for 11-12 hours every night and now the battery dies out every night. Should we get a replacement battery or it because she has to turn the volume up so load on it? Thank you.”

If the batteries are old then they probably need to be replaced. You can only charge and discharge so many times.
