“My mother in law use's her daily to watch tv. She charges for 11-12 hours every night and now the battery dies out every night. Should we get a replacement battery or it because she has to turn the volume up so load on it? Thank you.”

• If the batteries are old then they probably need to be replaced. You can only charge and discharge so many times.
