“I have a Samsung tv which is not a Smart TV with a SAMSUNG sound bar, with Direct TV Stream. It is not Bluetooth compatible. Will these headphones work in this situation.”

They can be plugged into the headphone jack on the tv, optical cable or through the audio outputs (red & white RCA jacks)
