Patty, This question has been asked more than two or three times. The reason Sony won’t answer is because the answer is no …they don’t work with streaming channels like Amazon Hulu or Netflix. Our old Sony headphones did work with those streaming channels but not this one. I had the same problem as you when I put the headphones on and I’m watching one of the streaming channels I am hearing the local news channel that’s on my TV!
