“The sync is not accurate with my Sony wireless WHRF400RF headphones to the tv. How do I adjust this?”

Did you try changing the channel on the headset? My husband advised there are 3 choices for sync.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Which Sync? Just Hook up the 3.5 mm cable from the dock to the back of your tv and that’s all you need. They should work fine after that just as mine do. Great headphones. Also there’s (3) different channel settings on the dock where the 3.5 mm cable goes into. Ch#1,2,3. Make sure you set it to the right channel. Look close under where the dock plugs go into you’ll fine the channel switches there. Hope that help’s.
