I actually purchased 2 sets of Open Box headphones recently because I like to have one set charging while I am using the other and have also experienced intermittent crackling noises. While I am not sure this is the root cause, there are so many wireless signals all around me that at any point in time, I almost expect some type of interference. Sometimes the reception is improved by changing channels on the transmitter and pressing the Auto Tuning button on the bottom of the right earphone. If anyone else has any insight into this issue, that would be amazing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The pair we purchased recently has perfect sound.. I think your problem is probably the reason the headset was returned and you were able to get the at a lower price.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Usually it's a combination of a slightly dirty terminal, and static energy around the actual terminal socket and area on the TV. Clean both. Also, try setting the headset down and blasting at full volume for a minute- the micro-amp heat may "polarize" the headset's internal circuits.
