How do i get the speaker to stop skipping/breaking up? My phone will be right beside the speaker and it’ll still break up when playing music. null

It could be the age of your phone. I had the same problem with my previous phone...tried everything I could think of. Then I realized that changes had been made to Bluetooth technology. With my newer phone ( now a year old ) the problem has gone away. Phone is currently the S 7 Edge.

I have seen this behavior with other chrome-cast devices too. Probably this is some software bug. I believe we need to use bluetooth until they fix this.

I found that taking my phone a short distance away from it ended the static or skipping. I had the speaker pair with the 30. And place them about 10 ft apart in an outdoor setting and placed my phone approximately 6ft away in between the two speakers

Just unpair and re pair should fix the problem
