If your phone is an android, Did you try removing the battery and SIM card? Or if it’s an iPhone, take it to the Geeks or the Apple store.

Turn on the headphones and keep the power button held down until it goes into Bluetooth pairing.

Press and hold down the pairing button for at least 5 seconds to allow your new phone to pair to it.
