“We are on a second set of headphones have connected them correctly both ways still no sound coming out of headphones I have called Sony and they said that everything should be okay why is this happening”

I like these headphones but they have an issue. After pairing with whatever device, when you turn the phones on, you'll hear "Headphones on; bluetooth connected". But they're not. I was using a laptop to listen to some lectures, and I went to "Settings" and it also showed "Connected" for the phones. But no sound! I had to click "disconnect" and "connect" again, and voila! sound. Happens about 80% of the time. Other Bluetooth headphones actually DO connect immediately when they say "connected". I can't believe SONY is not aware of this issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depending on what phone you have, the headphones have independent volume, even if you put the volume up on the phone you need to also make sure that the volume is up on the headphones. I hope this helps.
